This video shows my c++ implementation of a little app that uses OpenCV to detect faces (using the Haar Cascades) and then using the position of the face to control the Pan and Tilt of a Quicktime VR Object Movie File.
It seems like the world and its dog is doing this, so there's absolutely nothing new that I'm doing here. The only nice thing is that I managed to use the Quicktime API to load in any quicktime movies, so its handy if you have any Quicktime Panoramas/Object Movies etc without the need to convert to some specific data format.
Hurray OpenCV! Hurray Quicktime API!
