Welcome to the bizarre world of GRAVY WRESTLING. Competitors from across the country gathered a small local pub in Rossendale, Lancashire, to take part in the crazy event aimed to raise money for charity. Fancy dress must be warn by all, and fans gathered in the pouring rain to cheer on family members and friends. To compete in the championships, held annually, competitors must don a costume, and wrestle with one another for two minutes in the hot gravy. The event started several years ago in a shopping centre car park, much to the bemusement of the shoppers, before moving to its current location.
