Well I have had the C300 for a while now and haven't posted anything from it until now. I'm saving the good stuff for our South West Light Exhibition in November.
Recently my daughter Madi was asked to model some dresses for an old friend who is starting up a business hiring vintage gowns which she has been collecting for years. My brother Christian was asked to take the photographs for her catalogue and website.
I thought it might be a good opportunity to shoot some low light video with the C300 to test it out and it ended up becoming a fun little edit. I set the camera up to shoot 3200 ISO and went to work.
Most of the footage is handheld which is quite obvious but I also used my Philip Bloom pocket dolly for a few tracking shots. The timelapse sequence was shot on my old 5Dmk2 (now relegated to Timelapses only).
The camera is a dream to use and am so happy I decided to move over to a proper video camera again.
Hope you enjoy!
