"3000 Frames About Australian Sugar Cane” (Canemation) is a multi-plane stop-motion animated short film about the Australian sugar cane industry and highlights recent changes in farming practices as part of the Australian Government’s Reef Rescue program. The film was completed over 4 weekends by two animators and all the elements were hand crafted from felt, paper, cardboard, balsa wood and an array of other materials including refined cane sugar and coffee beans.
