Tamarack Circle is in the Forest Park neighborhood of Columbus Ohio. Rumor has it that the realtors told the early home buyers that the area inside the circle would be a neighborhood park. Right. The diameter at the inside curb is about 700 feet according to the Mapquest image. < http://mapq.st/OuIfnV > According to a recent newspaper article, it was originally a two way street. As you can see in the video, driving on it feels like you are on a long gradually curving street, on which you are. For bicyclists, this was a street with a very wide outside lane, and very easy to ride. This video shows how easy that was. In 2012, this street was repaved, and restriped, to include one "full width" lane, one bicycle lane, and parking around the outside edge. Future recordings will show what it is like after the repaving/restriping.
