PLEASE READ - CHARITABLE FILMMAKING FOR FUN:
Here is some additional information about my short film project LIFTED not listed on the Kickstarter page (due to rules & regulations of what can and can't be posted).
Donation to Habitat for Humanity:
Roughly 40% of the $2,000 I'm asking for will be spent on set-building materials including items like PVC pipe, plastic sheeting, plastic tubing, hoses, etc. All of these materials will be donated to Habitat for Humanity directly after the shoot.

Donation/Reward allocation breakdown:
Hypothetical: If you donated 75$ for a rewards package, $10 would go to Kickstarter and Amazon, $15 would go to the cost of making the reward for you, $20 would go to materials for the set (that would be donated to Habitat after the shoot), and the remaining $30 would go to equipment rental and miscellaneous expenses. This is a VERY tight budget for a project like this...
In Conclusion:
I make the Kickstarter project, you donate money, I make a short film with all of the bonus materials, you receive a reward, a donation is made to Habitat, and everyone wins! If you donate, you are donating to both my film and a good cause. Can't beat that!
