California Secretary of State, Alex Padilla, awards digital marketing firm SKDK $35 Million Dollars, paid by tax payers, to develop micro-targeted political ads used to manipulate voters into casting their vote for President-Elect Joe Biden.
Additionally, the personal information acquired from citizens was provided by the State of California which may be illegal aside from violations of the U.S. Cares Act restricting government grants from being used for political purposes.
Furthermore, SKDK may be using persuasive advertising technologies, associated with brain hijacking, that are harmful to the individual, including teens and children.
There is a congressional hearing underway to investigate this scandal. See this explosive investigative report by Tech Industry Insider/Journalist (Epoch Times) Rex M. Lee.
