Boomworks at UX Australia 2012

'Shit UX Designers (would like to) say’ is the video portion of a 10 minute talk given at UX Australia 2012. As we all know, user testing is critical to validating thoughts, ideas, and designs. It allows us to gather detailed feedback about all aspects of the design, which can then be applied to refine, retest, and further improve the overall user experience of any project. At Boomworks, testing is so fundamental to our process that we built our offices around the idea of having our own testing space. Over the last few years we’ve spent a lot of time testing, and every time there are revelations that make the resulting design solution THAT much better. But every now and then, during some of those test sessions, there is some feedback that catches us all off guard. This video includes fabricated responses that would be amusing to say in those situations, which we’ve put together for entertainment purposes only.
