Episode 001 is a simple, healthy recipe for one of the most popular Hawaiian favorites, Poke. Poke is a kind of seafood salad most commonly made with tuna, but also octopus, crab, and other types of fish. There are countless variations of poke. This recipe is the one I make at home in NYC.
