90revolutions.com - Triathlon means different things to different people. Whether it’s to get in shape, to complete a bucket list item, to prove something to yourself, or to impress your friends and family, triathlon serves a definite purpose. For twelve years, Aaron and his family coped with the health issues and multiple disabilities of his daughter, Hadley, whom they love dearly. When life’s situations were beyond his control, he used long training sessions to process and cope. As he said, instead of being saddled up to a bar stool and drowning his sorrows, he would go for a run, ride, or swim.
