This is footage shot on September 4th, 2012, when several of our group from Ric O'Barry's Dolphin Project were denied entrance to the Taiji Whale Museum. The Taiji Whale Museum brokers the sales of all of the dolphins out of Taiji, and they also house captive dolphins as well. The pens in which they keep their dolphins are tiny, dirty and depressing. Initially it looked as if we were going to be allowed entrance under the stipulation that we could not take photographs or video. But we were soon told by the management and by the police that we were not welcome at the Taiji Whale Museum and we would not be allowed entrance because they do not allow admittance to activists or anyone from Ric O'Barry's Dolphin Project.
