Likewise, the conventional wisdom says that casual, family and fine dining was put to death by the reduced dining room capacity brought about by Covid-19. However, survival instincts took over, and restaurant operators mobilized alternative channels to sell their food and beverage. The result was a future that no one could have anticipated.
