Who knew multi-touch technology could be delicious?
Turns out it can. The proof: the chocolate tasting application we developed for Maison Cailler, Nestlé’s new brand for luxury chocolate. The application invites testers to discover their “chocolate personality” by rating chocolates in a tasting kit. They place the kit on a multi-touch table and follow the instructions that appear. The test and evaluation is simple, natural and intuitive. Once they rate the chocolates that they taste, they get to read their chocolate profile and receive tailored recommendations from Maison Cailler. And none of this information is lost: they can e-mail it to themselves after providing their contact information. Everybody wins: tasters enjoy a delicious experience, and Maison Cailler gets their valuable opinion.
