Sunday, September 16th was a spectacular day, with temps in the mid 60's, and a great time to be on a SUP! This is a short paddle around one of the reefs that surround Village Island, which is near Ketchikan, Alaska.
The outgoing tide is running over a sandbar, and provides a "glide" across the bar that connects the Island with some of the rocks on the North-East end. Sox is along as co-pilot, and keeps me on my toes. Hard to belive this is almost Fall in Alaska!
