Today our campers did the “X” thinking routine using a campfire in connection with our weekly theme “Creative Campers. This routine promotes careful observations by making connections and with the guidance of the Form and Viewpoint thinking keys, the children were able to make descriptions. The objective was for the children to use increased vocabulary to describe objects, actions, and events (expressive).
