Since 2014, the Sheriff's RESPECT Project has been a beacon of success for teenagers looking for positive change in the North County.
The afterschool/mentoring program is run by Deputies Todd Baker and Dustin Nelson from the San Marcos Sheriff's Station.
Soon, they will have their own campus to keep giving teens a bright future.
