Fashion Show to benefit The St. Vincent De Paul homeless shelter in San Francisco. This annual event raised about $90,000 out of the $100,000 that it shoots for every year. Old clothes are donated to the shelter and turned over to local as well as well known designers for a truly unique show. The shelter is facing a very rough year as the current fiscal crisis has increased the number of homeless. A reliable $500,000 was recently denied the shelter as California and the Federal Government are cutting budgets across the board. The shelter's goal is to feed and clothe their guests and get them feeling good about themselves and getting them back into society as productive citizens.
