The Mary Shelly Sour Recipe
60ml 42BELOW Pure
20ml Chartreuse syrup
15ml fresh lime juice
5ml absinthe
½ a free-range egg white
Dry-shake, then shake with ice. Double-strain into a chilled Cocktail glass. Garnish with aromatic absinthe fog.
