Six is a number of significance in the Bible because it was the total number of creative periods or "days". Go to Genesis 1:24-31 which is about the "sixth" and final "day" of the creation of the earth, and the last event of this "day" is when man is "made", "created". Don't be confused, the man created in Genesis 1 is NOT "the Adam" that was "formed" in Genesis 2. A review of "The Third Step" may be necessary. Standing at the top of the created order, the number 6 became man's number. However, all this would soon change because another creation would enter into earth and usurp the "created" man's position and number.
