Johnwin and Maggie planned for their wedding for a long time. They carefully picked the church, reception venue, and all their suppliers. We are very fortunate that they’ve chosen us. We truly feel for this couple...they had an extreme experience before their wedding. The mother of the groom passed away three days before, and all their family members were very emotional as we can all understand. Though they still decided to push through their wedding, their excitement has lessened as the day approaches.
Johnwin is the one who was in charge of making follow-ups and phone calls to all the guests and suppliers. He wanted his photo shoot to be done ASAP, so he could come to Caleruega early. He was so excited to wait for her bride in the chapel as he wanted to see Maggie’s emotion with the greatest gift he could give her; this wedding and for surrendering his whole self, love, and soul for the love of his life.
We’ve known Maggie as a very jolly person. That’s why we were a little worried too. As expected, she was crying a lot when we saw her at the hotel. She was really emotional with everything that has happened. We are thankful that we were able to cheer her up as we went along with the pictorial. She was eager to go to the chapel to marry the man of her dreams.
The couple was thankful when they noticed the good weather and to find out their entourage is complete. It was heartwarming during the bridal march that Johnwin and Maggie cried. They were trying not to get very emotional when they cited their vows, but they could not help it. The most unforgettable to Johnwin’s vow was the part when he said “I am thankful to God na pinapalakas mo ko… nawala man ang isang mahal ko sa buhay, andyan ka naman…”
From the start, we’ve noticed our couple’s generosity. We weren’t surprised that during the reception, all the suppliers including waiters were invited to eat at the buffet :) Among all the parts of the program, they were most excited about the Onsite Video presentation… Fortunately, they loved it! One of our team members happened to be standing next to the couple, and he was able to witness all their “kilig” and “hiya” expressions while watching it. We can’t help but smile whenever we remember how thankful this couple that they had us for their wedding. Thank you too, Johnwin and Maggie… the feeling is mutual! Looking forward to catch up with you guys again!
