I did the wings. Modeled and texturized 10 feathers. Used an IK chain as a base for the rig and programmed a script that made the creation, positioning and rigging of the primary and secondary feathers completely automatic, giving me full control over its total number at all times. Every single feather could be bend, scaled and rotated individually or by groups with animatable falloffs. For the covert feathers I used the DodoMaster script by Semir Saleh.
