A 12 day period at the bottom of Saanich Inlet at 96 m depth sped up in a time lapse. A phytoplankton bloom at the surface eventually settles down to the seafloor during this timeframe. Near the end of the video, we see an army of squat lobsters migrate in to the frame. The photos were taken 30 mins apart and combined at 15 fps.
