It is just before the dawn. The Roman republic must be saved from dictatorship "When there is in it but one only man!" The only question is: how? There is a strong opposition among the ruling class to any one man becoming absolute ruler, and they have conspired to assassinate Caesar before he gets the chance to be crowned as emperor. There is only one thing missing among the conspirators - a leader - a man that everyone, from the lowest classes to the highest, holds in high regard because he is honourable, heart and soul, and, by default, incorruptible. Brutus. It is just before the dawn and, in a few hours' time, on the Ides of March, Caesar will either be hailed and proclaimed as absolute ruler, or the Republic will be drowned in an orgy of destruction.
