Two Tickets to Mars

In pre-apocalyptic New York City, Earth is facing inevitable doom. This is a love story.

Asia, 23 years old, passionate, agreeable, and bright wins two tickets to the new colony on Mars. She invites her former lover, Chester, a writer and nihilist, to join her, but he's prepared for the climate threat in another way: converting his apartment into a bunker, determined to never step foot outside again. Chester refuses Asia's offer on the basis that he is contented by the idea the world is going to end. His nihilism becomes a match for Asia's quest for love and purpose.

This film sets out to explore the inner mania of a young woman as she asks for the ultimate commitment.
