I made this video to say "Thank you" to two musicians who have altered the landscape of my soul. As is, the musical creations of keyboardist Jeff Johnson and guitarist Phil Keaggy occupy a large part of my CD-case, not to mention my grey-mass. Their songs build mansions in my imagination and feed my joy in the Holy Ghost. I live in this music.
This particular music-video employs 3/5s of the song "The Cody Incident" - from Jeff and Phil's second collaborative instrumental album - "Water Sky" (released October 2012), and can be found with Jeff Johnson at Ark Records. (Music used with permission.)
The visual element consists entirely of photographic "stills" (using the intervalometer in my Nikon D7000) which I in turn - stitched together using I-Movie. (Boy do I need to learn Final-Cut). I took all the pictures in three primary locations: Central Arkansas (56% including my backyard, and Petit Jean State Park) - Banff National Park (40%, near Calgary, Canada and taken on two separate days May 2012) and Lincoln City, Oregon (4% Pacific Coast shots.)
Beyond that, I would like to thank God for watering the world with Nimbus clouds.
