A visit to Sapa, Vietnam where we visit the ethnic people of the region, trek into villages, go to the market and see some of the most beautiful countryside in the world. The French called the area the Tonkinese Alps. Near Sapa is the tallest mountain in Southeast Asia. We see the Black Hmong and the Doa people and we visit the Flower Hmong people of Bac Ha. We take a river cruise on the Chay River and visit a Tay village and the town of Lao Cai on the China boarder. The tour was great. Arranged by indochinatours.com.
