Freudentränen (Freudian Tears): “Carrousel d'Euro” continues!
New: character and fluid animation!
Ten years after my 3D money art animation Carrousel d’€uro was realized – and even presented by ARTE – I decided to create an addition with MUCH better hardware and – supposedly – much better software, calculating 3 to 5 months working time.
“Thanks” to the new 3ds Max renderer (Arnold) the work took MORE than ONE year!
Despite Arnold is literally teeming with bugs and not yet processed by any render farm – the following came about.
Rough cut and rough dubbing only.
Reason: Frustration tolerance exceeded after more then one year of fiddling.
It was simply too many bugs: First 3ds Max (especially Arnold-Renderer), then Adobe AE and Premiere, then Davinci Resolve (#16). After Adobe stopped even rendering, Davinci Resolve got stuck all the time.
It was bewitched, as if someone wanted to test my patience, like "Candid Camera" !!
