Doctors Daniel and Priscila Cummings and their three children have committed their lives to serving those in need in Kalukembe, a rural region of Angola. Driven by their passion for medicine and their faith in God, the family encounters the full weight of the hardship that oftentimes accompanies the practice of medicine. Amid moments of despair and grief the Cummings' have found a life in a community filled with hope and love on this spiritual journey of compassion.
