Bio: Jonathan Melber was a lawyer at a prominent arts-and-entertainment law firm where he represented artists, galleries, and collectors, as well as a host of creative individuals and companies. He has also worked for several years on a pro bono basis for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Jonathan graduated from Brown University with a degree in philosophy and received his JD from New York University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Law Review. He writes an occasional column about art and law for the Huffington Post.
