Microsoft's OEM group came to us looking to create a comprehensive guide for their reseller clients active in the Microsoft Incentive Program. After determining that the lapse in communication between Microsoft Account Managers and reseller customers was the high-level and complex language of the incentives program, we recommended a very simplified version of the brochure guide and a step-by-step overview video which lessened the overwhelming information bombardment, and encouraged clients to actively engage in the program and receive their incentives.
My responsibilities on this project included Senior Project Manager, Animation Producer, Print Layout Designer, Scriptwriter and Technical Copywriter.
Additional roles included Martin Rincon as Creative Director, Animator and Lead Editor; Terry Loh as Illustrator and Graphic Designer; and Alan Stuart as Voiceover Talent
