The World Network for Collective Rights of Peoples in a joint effort with the Centre Maurits Coppieters organised an international seminar on Self-determination and new governance models.

Mohand Meziani, representative of the Amazigh World congress, took the floor to explain his views on the situation of the amazigh struggle. Also to call for international solidarity for the Kabilian people.
