What is strategic leadership? It is servant leadership, as biblically defined. Humans in their fallen state will by nature default to autocratic leadership, but humans, who are transformed by the power of God, can become servant leaders—leaders who selflessly sacrifice to serve the purpose of God. These leaders are strategic leaders who build organizations that deliver world-class value propositions multigenerationally. The theory and application of this truth is illustrated using stories of An Wang (Wang Laboratories) and Mike Ruettgers (EMC).
