"A stop-motion sci-fi journey through a dream world.” - Pitchfork

"The video intermittently alternates between hazy, lo-fi footage of the band performing the song and delightfully creepy stop motion animation of a tortured mad scientist with what appears to be some sort of rodent’s skull for a head. With his nights plagued by unattainable desires of escape and his days consisting of bleak cycles of tending to foreboding machinery, the deranged alchemist is a bit of a sympathetic character even when he bears an uncanny resemblance to something I found when dissecting an owl pellet in the fifth grade… Either way, the video is fantastic, perfectly matching the vibe of the band and the vibe of the season." - The Needle Drop

"A stop-motion goatman and some dingy post-punk.

Recurring dreams are a goddamn nuisance, especially when your waking life isn't much better. That's the story for sludgy post-punk act Bleeding Rainbow's “Drift Away” video, a murky stop-motion animated headtrip about an experimenting goatman that just wants to escape. Sometimes I feel like the horrifying goatman, and sometimes I feel like his crazy dreams, you know? MONDAYS." - Chart Attack
