This on-line panel discussion was held on Thursday, February 11, as part of the 2021 International Girls and Women in Science Day. The audience met and asked questions of Josie James, the Portsmouth-based author of 2021’s “Best STEM Book,” Marie’s Ocean, as well as two UNH-based scientists who have mapped and explored the oceans: Florencia Fahnestock of the UNH Dept. of Earth Sciences and of teh UNH Center for Coastal & Ocean Mapping.
