This was an invited talk given at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. It provides a complete coverage of my arguments against emissions trading schemes as written-up in my paper on carbon emissions trading. That paper had been subject to a ban and censorship by my employer The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Organisation (CSIRO) in 2009. The matter was debated in the Australian Senate. I had resigned my post as a research leader and senior civil servant about 4 months before this video was shot.
