Gustav Gonzalez develops a free software program for doing 2D animations, called Tupi 2D Magic. He like to speak about it on the next LibreGraphicsMeeting 2013 in Madrid. But he cant afford the travel costs and there is a little crowdfounding campaign to collect the money.
To explain why he wants to go to Madrid and show what Tupi can do he made that little video.
