For too long conservationists have focused on problems - overfishing, deforestation, species extinction, climate change. But naming the problem is very different than sourcing the solution. Rare finds what works and uses its Pride methodology, a combination of communication, education and behavior change science, and scales community-led innovations.
This event raises awareness of innovative CEPA programming taking place around the world and promotes and advances successes of local leaders using CEPA to achieve conservation results in their communities. CEPA tools and methodologies are presented by global experts and Rare alumni who have successfully deployed these methods to achieve conservation results.
