Starting an organization is a challenging task. Many of the principles that one needs are not intuitive or commonly understood; therefore, guidance is required. In this teaching, key biblical principles for starting and building organizations are presented. The efficacy of these principles is illustrated by testimony of Joe Kolinger who, with a partner, started a software company.
