It seems everyone is looking for ways to loose fat. The obesity epidemic is upon us and the statistics are staggering. By 2030 two
thirds of the adult population in the U.S. will be obese. This epidemic has staggering health and financial implications. There seems
to be no end to this nightmare and the problem will only get worse. Thus many people are searching for ways to loose fat. The strange
thing about obesity is that it is becoming the accepted nor. When there used to be one or two fat kids in the class, this is no more.
Fat kids are a majority it seems as the skinny kids are the weirdos. But still people are still looking for ways to loose fat. On a recent
trip to Florida I waled the beach for miles on a daily basis. Back in the 60s when I was young the beaches would be crawling with hard
bodies. This is not the case now. The sun glistens off of stretched skin pulled over piles of fat. The people are scary. It seems as if
the the muscle men and bikini bodies are extinct. But still these people are search for ways to loose fat and they want to do it with no

So why has everything gotten so crazy with this obesity deal anyway? The answers are complex and reflect our current society and
culture. Most people sit on their butts 90% of the time but still they want to find ways to loose fat. Fast food is a killer and it's addicting as well. God knows whats in our food and between the hormones and antibiotics, who knows what it does to our metabolism. It seems as if people keep
getting bigger and bigger. Look at photos of the service men and population around WW2 . Good grief no one needed ways to loose fat. They
were all thin!! It also seems that obesity is contagious. If people hang around obese people a great deal of time , pretty soon they start packing
on the pounds as well. Appetite is complex and has centers in the brain that control hunger, The senses of smell and taste also affect how much
we eat. Leptin is a hormone that slow down eating and may be a big help for people desiring ways to loose fat.Of course, what we eat is
influenced by out parents, culture and peer groups. So why do obese people get that way more easily today? One big reason is because they
get fatter at an earlier age. This is horrible because kids who get fat early on have an increased number of fat cells in their bodies. This is called
cellular hyperplasia, When a normal older person eats enough to become obese this is cellular hypertrophy or an increase in the size of the fat cells.
Sadly a large percentage of fat kids could care less about ways to loose fat. They do not care. They have always been that way and don't see anything wrong with it!
THAT STUFF IN THE GARAGE --IT DIDN'T WORK DID IT?
There has been a never ending saga of exercise revolutions and weird equipment for ways to loose fat. You can see this crap on any channel
at 3AM when you should be sleeping. It's always the same, the person buys the work out program or some cheap piece of work out equipment
and uses the stuff about seven times. The easy formula for ways to loose fat did not work. The fatty stays fat and will never look like those
hard bodies who advertised this worthless stuff anyway. Of course, they never needed any ways to loose fat to begin with.The simple fact of the
matter is that it takes 3500 calories to burn one pound of fat. Professional body builders say that they would rather miss one week in the gym
than one day on the diet. Also, you can ruin a three hour workout with a ten minute meal. Remember that when you are seeking ways to loose fat.
Body builders all eat the same when they are looking for ways to loose fat.Multiple meals high in protein and low in fat and carbohydrate. They
also protein load in the morning. When they eat carbohydrates they want complex carbs. Naturally the athletes work out on a daily basis and
mix up aerobics with resistance exercises. These are very successful ways to loose fat.Another strong point of bodybuilder diets is that they
seldom eat out or eat prepared foods. You can not get healthy food eating out. It will all make you fat.
THE CELLULITE CREAM DIDN'T WORK EITHER DID IT?
There has been an onslaught of diet creams, pills, and medications which claim to provide ways to loose fat. The sad commentary for these products is that they don't work. The cellulite cream is a prime example of hogwash. I mean rub some cream on a fat belly and have it make you trim?? Good
grief enough said.The amphetamine based diet pills will make people loose weight initially but they are addicting and have serious side affects. The sad thing about meds in this class is that after the person stops taking the medication the
