This is the opening scene of the first episode of Animism: The Gods' Lake (APTN/Z2H Studios), which is a graphic-novel-inspired animated dramatic series for teens.
In this scene, we meet Wapiti, a semi-mythical beast (and one of the good guys), who kickstarts the story with a dynamic rescue of our heroine, Mel Ravensfall from the clutches of the cyborg Chad Peterson (one of the bad guys).
