Dusty & Max bought a bushel of Tomatoes before the end of summer. We captured summers flavour for the winter. I decided to time-lapse the process and share.

DIY instructions
wash tomatoes and score 'x' in bottoms
blanch in boiling water and move to ice bath
remove skins, halve tomatoes and remove seeds
process through food mill or juicer with blank screen
put in large, heavy bottomed pot and boil down to desired consistency
sterilize jars and lids in boiling water
add lemon juice to each jar and fill with tomatoes
seal and process

crack in winter when tired of eating tasteless tomatoes.
