ENO is thrilled to announce the first fully staged production of Vaughan Williams’ The Pilgrim’s Progress in more than 60 years. Williams is one of our most celebrated composers and this production follows acclaimed ENO stagings of his works Sir John in Love and Riders to the Sea and highlights its commitment to the best of English opera.
Bringing this inspired journey of morality, spirituality and temptation to life is renowned director, actor and storytelling visionary Yoshi Oïda, while musically, conductor Martyn Brabbins injects his passion for British music to Williams’ sublime score.
