We offer academic courses for college students and lifelong learners in Meditation, Yoga, Compassion, Mysticism, Healing and Wholeness, Neuroscience of Meditation, and experiential learning sessions for the World Religions course in the Department of Religious Studies.
Community sessions are offered weekly, free to the public, on topics such as Meditation, Yoga, Dreamwork, Vedanta, Storytelling, Forgiveness, Walking Meditation, etc. Since the beginning of the pandemic, we offer a weekly virtual Loving Kindness Meditation session, free and open to the public, on Wednesdays, 4:30 to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.
