This is a short time lapse and video document that I did for my intercultural communication class at Southern Illinois University. We were assigned an observation report, meaning you observe a social or cultural group locally. I decided to head out to the wineries to see what type of people came all the way into the countryside to get drunk on good wine. Well, what better tool than a camera to share these observations with others. I chose the Blue Sky winery, located deep within the woods of Southern Illinois, as my place because it is the most popular winery in the sense that many people go there and they have many events.
Lots of fun, and good wine. Music is an old Italian didi and I shot this with a Panasonic HMC80 and a Lumix GH2. 2011.
