Spain downturn is becoming a profitable opportunity for Chinese investors. The thriving Chinese community is expanding their businesess, while private capital from mainland China is flowing into the real estate market, with prices 40% lower than just 4 years ago. High growth and very low unemployment even though Spain is suffering the worst economic crisis in decades.
