It's not all about painting pretty pictures and hand creams at the Thyme Festival!
Take a look at the highlights from the 'How to Fillet a Trout or Salmon' held by our very own local gourmet butcher Scott MacDonald from The Fridge! Then jump into the world of home brew and bunny stew with Peter and Mike's 'Beer and Bunnies' workshop where the group learned how to brew their own beer from a kit and then enjoyed a delicious rabbit stew with some home baked bread along with a few samples of home brew of course!
