Frecciarossa 1000 was unveiled at the Meeting in Rimini as a world première by CEO Mauro Moretti at the presence of Prime Minister Mario Monti. The Prime Minister visited the life-size mock-up, inside which there was a movie theater for watching a CG 3D stereoscopic movie. A technological jewel, entirely made in Italy, that Ferrovie Italiane (Italian Railways) proudly defines "the most beautiful train in the world." Together with the Prime Minister there were the Chairman and the CEO of the Italian Railawys Group, Lamberto Cardia and Mauro Moretti, and other partners of the Frecciarossa 1000 project, like Giuseppe Orsi, Chairman and CEO of Finmeccanica, Alberto Rosania President of Ansaldo Breda, the CEOs of the manufacturing companies Maurizio Manfellotto of Ansaldo Breda and Roberto Tazzioli of Bombardier, Vincenzo Soprano CEO of Trenitalia, Michele Mario Elia CEO of Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (Italian Railways) and Franco Pietrini, Vice President of Bombardier's Rail Control Solutions Division.
The event was also attended by the Vice President of the Chamber of Deputies Maurizio Lupi, by representatives of national and regional institutions and by representatives of the industrial and economic world. The Frecciarossa 1000 is the fastest train ever serially produced in Europe, has a top speed of 400 km / h and will raise the commercial speed on the High Speed Italian network to 360 km / h, further reducing travel times. The Frecciarossa 1000 is designed to travel on all HS European networks (AGI). Ferrovie Italiane, thanks to Frecciarossa 1000, takes up the challenge to the new millennium mobility.
No Noise had the honour of being partner in the Frecciarossa 1000 project, having the task to develop and make the presentation video premiered at the Rimini Meeting. No Noise also contributed, together with Ansaldobreda, to the concept of the mock up installation.
The mock up will be visible in a road show in the most important European cities and in the towns of the Italian High Speed. If Frecciarossa 1000 is the state of the art of the technology developed by the collaboration among Ferrovie dello Stato, Finmeccanica, Ansaldo Breda, Bombardier, Studio Bertone, likewise No Noise too advantage of the cooperation of computer graphics professionals belonging to the international arena.
