This programme helped the club prepare for their first season at the Amex in 2011, and develop a multi-award winning offer through 2012 that has helped the club create record attendance and revenue gains. The project has won an unprecedented three Gold Awards at this years TJ Awards - Best Learning Partnership, Best Change Programme, Best Leadership Development Programme.
The programme, of which this interactive event for 400 people was a part, helped Brighton and Hove Albion move from a small local club operation at the 8000 seat Withdean stadium with 200 matchday staff to today's 28,500 fans with 1,100 staff matchday operation plus a new 24/7 non matchday conference and events operation. In May 2012, the stadium won Best New Venue in the World and Director's Choice (UK Championship) Awards in their first season in their new home,
