It seems appropriate that this post would fall on Valentine’s Day, as I can’t say how much we’ve learned about love from this client. Lara is the publisher of Southern Weddings Magazine and that’s how we met her and her amazing team (The Tomato Shoot). Shortly after that project, she let us know that she would like us to work with her on a film for her new website (the film is on the About page), which has just launched yesterday.
By the way, her website is amazing and you should go explore it right now. There’s a lot of good stuff in there! (My favorite part is the little boxes at the bottom. If you click one, you’re treated to a serene screen saver in a snap!)
My single favorite part of this film, as I’m sure will be yours when you watch it, is the Grace Section. Grace is Lara’s daughter and she may be the cutest thing ever created. And that’s what this is about. When you talk to Lara, you immediately understand that family is the most important thing and I’m so glad that it comes through in this project.
Of course, Lara Casey Media does a lot of amazing work (Making Brands Happen, Making Things Happen, The Lara Casey Shop, to name a few), but knowing the person that drives that work and what matters to her allows us to understand and appreciate what she and her team create even more.
