Barbara Roberts is a 60 year old woman who has dedicated the past 22 years of her life to caring for rehabilitating sick, injured and underweight hedgehogs at the Withington Hedgehog Hospital in her own home. She has had to face a myriad of problems along the way and overcome many challenges to reach the more constant, fluid routine she has today. Despite this balance she finds herself in, other challenges are ever present and the future of the hospital is far from certain.
